Every week, on Monday, OA Australia General Secretary will update the administrative work schedule. The overall goal of admin work is to provide a strong supporting system both spiritually and financially for local mission development. OA Australia will also carry the task of supervising local mission to continuously run towards the goals. Till Pentecost, OA Australia strikes to manage the website well as a window to the public and a tool for local churches to find clear vision and identity.

The weekly mission goal is also updated to all the mission leaders. The overall goal of 7CM till Pentecost is broken down into weeks and step-by-step stage goals, such as the weekly Bible study student increasing number and Bible study times.

Goals and working schedule are also written in the form of prayer topics, so every mission leader can pray to support the mission growth. In the final week of April, it is prayed that two new Bible study students can be confirmed and a new member can join the evangelism team.
