Oceania Mission Analyzes the Weak Points and Focuses on Setting up Parachurches

Oceania mission has analyzed various areas to improve and identified the weakest point: the lack of the parachurches. Therefore the mission will place the establishment of various parachurch fellowships as the focus.

The priority of fellowship setting up as listed as follow, with the careful discussions among the global fellowship leaders: Youth Evangelical Fellowship, Jubilee, Veritas Society, Saint Luke Society, Young Disciples and Apostle Mission.

Since right now there are no suitable existing members who can carry the roles of leading those fellowship, Oceania mission has set three strategies to make the breakthrough:

  • Uniting more with the parachurch HQ leaders and having constant conversations and prayer sessions to push the progress spiritually;
  • Seeking the network of the existing members to find the potentials participants of those parachurch fellowships;
  • Targeting the specific group of people during the daily evangelism, for example, some fellowships have already listed the top colleges of certain majors and their locations where mission workers can evangelize with clear purpose to find the relevant students.

It is prayed that by Easter three fellowships can be set up and by Pentecost another three can be set up, so the mission can suddenly be expanded with the support of the outreach efforts from those fellowships.
